Area of circular Park =
\pi \: r   {}^{2}
22  \div 7 \times 21 \times 21 = 1386
Area of park and road =
22 \div 7 \times (21 + 7) \times (21 + 7) = 2464
Area of road= area of park and road - area of park
area \: of \: road = 2464 - 1386 \\  = 1078 \: m ^{2}

Answer:

\pi {r}^{2}

Is the Formulae used

Step-by-step explanation:

22/7 x 28 x 28 = 2464 m² (Circle¹ outer circle)

22/7 x 21 x 21 = 1386 m² (Circle² inner circle)

(28 we got by adding 21 [radius of inner circle] and width of path which is 7m.)

2464m² - 1386m² = 1078m²

Thus, Area of the path is 1078m²
