ARRANGE 8 MARBLE IN THREE LINES IN SUCH A WAY THAT EACH LINE CONTAINS 3 MARBLES

Here is your answer:

For the given condition (i.e to arrange given number of marbles in such a way that each line contains 3 marbles ) to be possible we need some amount of marbles.

So lets check number of  marbles required for the condition to be possible.

If we think , we can see that this kind of arrangement is only possible in a 3 x 3  arrangement .

So, The total number of marbles required for this arrangement will be 9.

Let us take M as a marble ,

Then the arrangement will be like ;

                                                        M    M    M

                                                        M    M    M

                                                        M    M    M

But we just have 8 marbles. So it is impossible to have such kind of arrangement with 8 marble.  

THIS IS FOR A 2 - D ARRANGEMENT.

And i don't think any arrangement is possible in 3 D . _____________________________________________
