First we have to equal all the denominators

LCM of 15,5,10 and 20 is 60.

 \frac{4}{15}  \times ( \frac{4}{4} ) =  \frac{16}{60}

 \frac{2}{5}  \times ( \frac{12}{12} ) =  \frac{24}{60}

 \frac{7}{10}  \times ( \frac{6}{6} ) =  \frac{42}{60}

 \frac{3}{20}  \times ( \frac{3}{3} ) =  \frac{9}{60}

Arrange it in ascending order:- 9/60 , 16/60 , 24/60 and 42/60.

In original value :- 3/20 < 4/15 < 2/5 < 7/20.
