Step-by-step explanation:

Arranging in Ascending order means putting the numbers from low value to high value or you can say arranging in increasing order.

Firstly make the rational numbers like that is make the denominator of each Rational Number same.

This can be done by taking LCM of the denominators

Step 1

LCM of 7, 14, 6 and 12 is 84

Step 2

-5/7 = (-5×12)/(12×7) = -60/84

-9/4 = (-9×21)/(4×21) = -189/84

-5/6 = (-5×14)/(6×14) = -70/84

-7/12 = (-7×7)/(12×7) = - 49/84

Now you can easily arrange the numbers

-189/84, -70/84, -60/84, -49/84

or -9/4. -5/6, -5/7, -7/12
