ascending order of A
=first take any two numbers 2/3 ,4/7
cross multiplying ,we get
=2×7,4×3
=14>12 .so
=2/3 >4/7
now take another numbers, 4/7 &3/8
=4×8,3×7
=32>21.so
=4/7>3/8
again take other numbers 4/7 & 5/6
=6×4,5×7
=24 <35. so
=5/6>4/7
now take 5/6 & 2/3
=5×3,6×2
=15>12
hence the order is 3/8,4/7,2/3,5/6.
ascending order of B
we have to do the same process, we get
=2/4,4/8,3/5,7/8
or
=4/8,2/4,3/5,7/8.
this is because 2/4=4/8
