Li < Be < B < C < N < O < F < Ne

But there are some exceptions over here ,

Ne has a full filled electronic configuration , thus would not allow another electron to be added hence it will have the least EA (Electronic Affinity)

N also has half filled thus low EA

Be also has full filled thus low EA

This is a very interesting one Li will have more EA than Boron (B) as it wants to add one electron as after adding another electron it will acquire a full filled electronic configuration and become stable

So now to finally answer your question the correct order is

Ne < N < Be < B < Li < C < O < F
