here Li,O & F are the same period (second period) elements hence fluorine have least atomic radii. Na & S are third period element and S lies right side in the periodic table (below the oxygen) hence it's atomic radii is lesser than Na.

# as the value of principal quantum number (n) increases,atomic radii increases.
