Arrange NH3 , H2O and HF , in decreasing order of their magnitude of hydrogen bonding and give reason.

H2O>NH3>HF because in water two lone pairs are present and hence can form two hydrogen bond whereas in ammonia only one lone pair is present and in hydrogen fluoride no lone pair is present.
