Arrange the bonds in order of increasing ionic character in the molecules :
LiF. K20, N2, SO2 and CIF3..and why arranged so..must explain! ​

hi mate ,

Answer: Ionic character is directly proportional to electronegativity difference between two different atoms in a molecule .

hence, the increasing order of ionic character are : N2 < SO2 <ClF3 < K2O < LiF.

[ Note :- higher the dipole moment , higher is the ionic character . in ClF3 has higher dipole moment than SO2. hence, ionic character in ClF3 is higher than in SO2 ]
