The one compound having highest no. of Hydrogen will make maximum no. of Hydrogen bonds and energy needed will be more than the compounds because they don't have hydrogen, So less hydrogen bonds. Because high electronegativity of Oxygen (FON has high E.N)

So, In my opinion

CH3OH< C2H5OH< C3H7OH< C4H9OH
