In the C2H5NH2 representation, there is a group of a C2H5 molecule.

However, there is two C2H5 group in (C2H5)2NH. Hence (C2H5)2NH will show more of I+ effect than C2H5NH2.

This means that the electron density will be more in (C2H5)2NH than the other over the N-atom.

Similarly, in C6H5NH2 and C6H5NH2 will be less basic in nature making the lone pair delocalized easily.

Hence. The pattern will be:

C6H5NH2 > C6H5NHCH3 > C2H5NH2 > (C2H5)2NH
