The correct order must be: gamma rays > X rays > Ultraviolet rays > Microwaves.

We found the maximum frequency of the rays with the use of electromagnetic spectrum.
The gamma rays have highest frequency amongst all of them which is about 1020 to 1022 Hz while Microwaves have a frequency of 300 MHz to 300 GHz.
Due to high frequency gamma rays carry more energy as compared to the rest of the waves, but has the shortest wavelength amongst all of them followed by X rays, UV rays and Microwaves.
