F for fluorine, O for oxygen, N for nitrogen. Those are the 3 most electronegative elements. Chlorineis very close behind nitrogen, perhaps they are tied. ... The bond between two hydrogen atoms is a nonpolar covalent bond because each atom has the same electronegativity.
