Arrange the following in the increasing order of force of attraction:iron nail,kerosene and okygen gas.

» Gases have least force of attraction between their particles.

» Liquids have moderate force of attraction between their particles.

» Solids have highest force of attraction between their particles.

» Oxygen is a gas. Kerosene is a liquid and iron nail is a solid.

Hence, the order of increasing force of attraction between their particles is :-

Oxygen < Kerosene < Iron nail.
