Concept

To write the numbers which are fractional numbers or integer or natural numbers, in descending order first we write the biggest number in the given row and next to it will be the number which is smaller than the first number but greater than the other numbers in the row.

Given

The numbers are as follows,

-5/6, -7/12, -13/28, -23/24

Find

We are asked to write the number of numbers in the descending orders.

Solution

The biggest number is -13/28 and the next largest number in the row is -7/12 after that -5/6 and the smallest number is -23/24.

Therefore, it can be written as

-13/28 > -7/12 > -5/6 > -23/24

Hence the descending order of the given numbers in the row is -13/28 > -7/12 > -5/6 > -23/24.
