Hi ,

It is given that ,

7x³y³ + 4 - 11x^5y² - 3x²y

i ) degree of 7x³y³ = 6

ii ) degree of 4 = 0

iii ) degree of - 12x^5y² = 7

iv ) degree of -3x²y = 3

Ascending order of polynomial,,

4 - 3x²y + 7x³y³ - 12x^5y²

Descending order of Polynomial for x

- 12x^5y² + 7x³y³ - 3x²y + 4

degree of second term 7x³y³ is

3 + 3 = 6

I hope this helps you.
