• The Malunggay Leaves Marshmallow was stored at the similar storage

temperature and humidity as the actual distribution environment, and the

quality changes of the product was evaluated at a specific duration.

• Pour your marshmallow in a clean container.The researcher brought the

Malunggay Leaves Marshmallow for the testing to determine the beta-

carotene content and moisture content at STD-DOST.

• Malunggay Leaves will be extracted at Brgy. Nagkaysa San Nicolas,

Pangasinan.

• The researcher conducted a survey concerning the level of acceptability of

Malunggay juice in terms of color, taste, aroma, texture and over all

acceptability.

• Concoction Method will use to extract the malunggay leaves. Malunggay

Leaves Marshmallow will be produced at Brgy. Nagkaysa, San Nicolas

Pangasinan.

• In small cup, mix two cups of gelatin. Boil the malunggay leaves extract, add

the gelatin mix and also add atleast one cup of sugar.

• Food will be brought to Virgin Milagrosa University Foundation for Microbial

Analysis./Acceptability Test of Malunggay Leaves Marshmallow will be done

at Brgy. Nagkaysa, San Nicolas Pangasinan.

• Observing Table Life will be conducted at Brgy. Nagkaysa, San Nicolas
