for comparing you first have see that all values must have same units.lets convert everything in m/ s7m/s 15km/h =15(1000)m/(3600)s=4.16m/s 2km/min=2(1000)m/(60)s=33.33m/s0.1m/millisecond=0.1/(10-3)s=100m/s ascending order:15kmh<7m/s<2km/min<0.1m/millisecond

convert all the quantities to km/h
7m/s=7*3600m/h=25.200km/h
0.1m/millisecond=0.1*3600000m/h=360km/h
2km/min=2*60km/h=120km/h
15km/h
now,
15km/h<25.2km/h<120km/h<360km/h
therefore,15km/h<7m/s<2km/min<0.1m/millisecond
