Arrange the following substances in increasing order of forces of attraction between the particles— water, sugar, oxygen.

As sugar is a solid so it has most force of attraction between it's particles. Water is in liquid state so it has moderate force of attraction between it's particles. Oxygen is in gaseous state so it has least force of attraction between it's particles. (Sugar > water > oxygen)
