Answer:

Fluorine < Oxygen < Nitrogen

If the number of electron increases then the nuclear force will increase , causing the atomic radius get reduced . Fluorine has 9 electrons , Oxygen 8 and Nitrogen 7 so Nitrogen has the biggest electron radius . ( Although there are exceptions for sub radius and stability , I have not studied those yet )
