Solution:-

Take a sharpened pencil and draw a suitable number line and mark on it the given numbers, as shown in the attachment.

As we know,

Out of any two numbers, marked on a number line, the number which is

  • to the right is greater
  • to the left is smaller

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Considering the number line drawn above,

  • 24 is greater than 0 because it is to the right
  • -1 is greater than -11 because it is to the of -11
  • 0 is greater than -1 because it is to the right of -1

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

∴ The given numbers in descending order:- \sf24   \:  \: \boxed> \:  \:  0  \:  \: \boxed > -1  \:  \:  \boxed> -11
