The increasing order of H+ ion concentration is - Household lye, Milk of Magnesia, Baking soda, Blood, Lemon juice.

  • The Higher value of H+ ion concentration means lower value of pH, or the substance will be acidic.
  • So, we have simply arranged the given substances into decreasing order of pH.
  • The Household Iye has the least amount of H+ ion concentration as it has the greatest pH value of approximately 13.5 and the lemon juice has the most amount of H+ ion concentration at it has the lowest pH value of approximately 2.
