Take L.C.M of denominators 5 , 3 , 5, 3 ,15 ,15

L.C.M = 3 × 5 = 15

 \frac{ - 3}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{ - 9}{15}  \\  \frac{2}{3} \times  \frac{5}{5}  =  \frac{10}{15} \\  \frac{1}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{3}{15}

 \frac{ - 1}{3}  =  \frac{5}{5}  =  \frac{ - 5}{15}  \\  \frac{ - 4}{15} \times  \frac{ 1}{1}  =  \frac{ - 4}{15}

 \frac{2}{15}  \times  \frac{1}{1}  =  \frac{2}{15}

Descending order =

 \frac{10}{15}  >  \frac{3}{15} >  \frac{2}{15}   >  \frac{ - 9}{15}  >  \frac{ - 5}{15}  >  \frac{ - 4}{15}

OR

 \frac{2}{3} >  \frac{1}{15}  >  \frac{2}{15}   >  \frac{ - 3}{5}  >  \frac{ - 1}{3}  >  \frac{ - 4}{15}
