The IE across the period decreases from Be to B but increases from C to N and decreases moving to O. The 2p of B subshell is higher in energy than 2s of Be resulting in a lower first IE of B.

On comparing N and O, in O fourth electron is paired in orbital which can be easily released to form stable half-filled configuration, hence lower IE while in N electrons are unpaired in orbitals which a stable configuration hence higher IE.
