• When it comes to the rate of diffusion, the air diffuses fastest because its particles are not closely packed and there in free movement this enables them to diffuse faster. The liquid m is the second in diffusion because their particles are slightly far from one another. while solid are the last in diffusion because their particles are closely packed together in fixed positions.
