We can draw the structures of each compound and find the bond angle (using hybridization) or to do it faster we can simply see the hybridization and the number of lone pains in the structure. More the number of lone pairs , more will be the lone pair -bond pair repulsion due to which bond pairs would be pushed to occupy lesser area , hence lesser bond angle . Here NH3 has 1 lone pair , H2O has two lone pairs and BeCl2 has none. Hybridization of BeCl2 is sp (therefore bond angle will be 180), NH3 and H2O has sp3 but since water has higher number number of lone pairs therefore lower bond angle. Hence the amswer is : BeCl2> NH3> H2O.
