Answer: dna replication occur as folow = 5,3,1,2,4
Explanation:
first of all helicase make a nick on dna strand so as to reduce the tension in strand while unfolding it after releasing tension it again join it
unfolded strand can again became coiled therefore to prevent it single strand protein get bind to strands.
then dna dependent rna polymer (rna primase) synthesis rna primer so that further nucleotide can join to it the rna primer join at 3' end of template strand so that new strand can form, the new strand fromation ooccur from 5' to 3'
then dna strand start to form this process require energy
the strand which form from 5' to 3' is called leading strand and other one which formed from 3' to 5' is called lagging strandand after every uncoiling it require rna primer therefore every time a portion of strand form which require ligase to became a single strand.
after this dna polymerase takes a proof reading and correct the mis reading error but every error is not corrected because of this only variation occur
