Answer:

i) Brat's fraction = 11/21

ii) The total capital =  5372.37 $

iii) Arron's contribution = 767.48 $

    Bob's contribution = 1790.79 $

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Arron contributes 7 of the total capital

           Bob contribute 3 of the total

           Brat contributes remaining = $ 2814.10

Solution : Let X be the total  capital

Then,

i) The fraction of total Brat provides = Total investment - Arrons - Bob's

                                                           = X - X/7-X/3

                                                 LCM of 1.3 & 7 is 21

                                                          = (21X-3X-7X)/21

                                                           = 11X/21

The fraction provided by Brat = 11X/21 ÷ X = 11/21

ii) Brat's contribution = 2814.10 $

                       11X/21 = 2814.10

                           11X = 2814.10 x 21

                              X = 2814.10 x 21/11

                                  = 5372.37 $

The capital is 5372.37 $

iii) Arron's contribution = X/7 = 5372.37/7

                                               = 767.48 $

    Bob's contribution = X/3 = 5372.37/3

                                             = 1790.79 $
