Aorta is the largest artery which carries oxygenated blood. Pulmonary artery is the only artery which carries deoxygenated blood and pulmonary vein is the only vein which carries oxygenated blood. Inferior vena cava is the largest vein which carries deoxygenated blood. Capillaries connect the veins and arteries and transmit the deoxygenated blood from the artery to the vein.

2)  The upper two atriums are - right atrium and the left atrium. The blood enters in the left atrium and the lower two chambers are- right ventricle and left ventricle.
