Computers and Children. Computers are reshaping children's lives, at home and at school, in profound and unexpected ways. Common sense suggests that we consider the potential harm, as well as the promised benefits, of this change. Computers pose serious health hazards to children.

We know that today many childrens attracts with the computer games, movies and cinema. Many of the children used computer for many hours. We know that Charles Babbage was one of the scientist who discovered a computer.
Today, our world change the cultural works into computerized works. In our country, world or environment many computers are developed day by day. In many schools it is used to demonstrate about various topics of different subjects with the help of virtual classroom which includes smart boards etc. All the childrens learn and play with the help of computer. Our children fully depend upon computers. According to my knowledge, we should use computers for 2 to 3 hours and moreover for 4 to 5 hours. We know that the light of the computer which glow in the monitor affect our eyes with very harmful rays called X - rays. We know that it our monitor of the computer is based on the application of cathode ray tube experiment. So, it creates many harmful rays which affects our eyes and retina of the eyes. Nowadays, It causes many eyes problems to the children. We look that many children's wear high power spectacles in very few years. These childrens are of 5 to 8 years old.
So, I would like to suggest you that we should used black glasses when we operate computers and when we play games in computers or learns in computers. We should use computers for 4 to 5 hours. We should play in the fields and playgrounds. We should avoid computer games.
