According to article 32 ,supreme court and highcourt have the power to issue orders or writs for the protectionof fundamental rights.
The writs or orders are:
1) Habeas corpus
2) Mandamus
3) Writ of Prohibition
4) Certiorari
5) Quo-Warranto

Right to Constitutional Remedies
Under Article 32 of the Indian Constitution, a person can move the Supreme or High Courts for the enforcement of Fundamental Rights. The Courts can issue special orders or writs for the enforcement of rights which has been violated. These writs are:-
i) Habeas Corpus
ii) Mandamus
iii) Prohibition
iv) Quo Warranto
v) Certiorari
Apart from the Judiciary, many other mechanisms had been created in later years for the protection of rights like the National Commission on Women, National Commission on Minorities, National Commission on Scheduled Castes etc. These institutions protect the rights of women, minorities or Dalits.
