Answer :

Section 35A

In order to implement this article, the then government used the power received under Section 370. In view of history, it was enacted by President Dr. Rajendra Prasad on 14th May 1954. After this order was passed by the President, it was added to the Constitution of India. Article 35A is part of Section 370. Under this section, no citizen of any state of India can purchase any property in Jammu and Kashmir other than Jammu and Kashmir and not even a citizen of that country.

The citizen of the earth will be considered as a citizen of the state who has been a citizen of the state on May 14, 1954, or has been staying in the state for 10 years before or before, or has already acquired property there before or during this period. For example, if the girl of Jammu and Kashmir marries an outside boy, then all rights will be over. Apart from this, her children will not get any kind of rights.
