1. the industries are not allowed to settle in the city of kashmir so the polution is less.

2. the chaprasi in kashmir are payed fixed salaries.

3.no one else are allowed to buy the land in kashmir so the people of kashmir are happy about it.

disadvantages:

1. right to information is not there in kashmir.

2. people of kashmir are less educated due to the less educational institutions.

3.if a kashmiri women marry with any person outside from kashmir then he or she is not allowed to live in kashmir.but they have to live with there life partner.
