All of us travel from one place to another. Even if for different reasons, it is impossible for us, humans, to stay in place for long. And there are many kinds of transportation facilities available now. We can take a bus or a train to travel from a state to its neighbor. Or travel in plane to move from a country to another, or between states which are far away. And another type is plain old walking.
But, to drive/ride in an automobile like a Car, Bike, etc. we would have to get a driver's license. And our Indian Govt. permits only citizens above the age of 18 to possess a driver's license.
Citizens of India are arrested and fined if they are caught driving without a driver's license. Driving/riding before the age of 18 is illegal. So it's really important that we are aware of this law, and live obeying it. But it is obviously allowed for minors to ride a bicycle.
Even if it's not you, if you know someone that does this, inform it to the authorities. And that proves that you are a responsible citizen of India. Even if driving without a driver's license doesn't look like much of a threat, know that hundreds and thousands of people die with road accidents as the reason.
