there is too much importance of nutrients in our daily food because nutrients help us to provide energy for our daily work and different nutrients do different jobs fir example proteins help in body building. if we will not take nutrients our body will not be able to do daily work and without nutrients life cannot be there on earth . we enhale different nutrients daily . for example protein , carbohydrate, fats , calcium , etc .
