with an initiative of board officials, all the students need not worry about getting disturbed from the loudspeakers or noise pollution being caused by the wedding processions, festival celebrations and political functions.

According to a recent TOI report, the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has directed the district administration to make sure that loudspeakers aren't used near exam centres and also to curb their usage during exam time.
Dial 100:

While explaining the recent initiative, the district collector of MP, P Narhari said, "There is a routine ban on the usage of loudspeakers up to a certain decibel limit beyond 10 pm"
Further, students who reside near wedding venues, can feel free to dial 100 for police action if loudspeakers are being used.
"If political units and people continue to play loud music, their speakers will be seized," P Narhari adds.
Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh class 10 and class 12 have already begun in the state.
This year, as many as 10 lakh students will be appearing for board examinations.
No strangers at exam centres:

Moreover, Arun Rathore, PRO of the district administration informed that even strangers will not be allowed within a 100 metre periphery of various exam centres
These rules will be followed till March 31, Rathore added.
Furthermore, the CBSE exams will begin on March 9, 2017. The class 10 will end on April 10 while the class 12 exams will continue till April 29. The exam dates had been delayed this year due to elections in five states- Punjab, Goa, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
