yoga before starting i would like to know that what is yoga in ur point of view. I know diff people have diff point of views.

so, guys yoga means a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation.

yoga is meant for a discipline and healthy life and we are meant for it.

now the question will arise that why yoga is important?

Yoga is most important for everyone’s life as it helps in balancing the relationship between body and mind. It is type of exercise which helps in learning physical and mental discipline through regular practice. It was originated in India long years ago in ancient time.
