School Sans Chocolate!
The Harp Public School brought in a very strict rule recently – no chocolate of any kind inside school premises! The Head Mistress of the school stated that this kind of rule, though it may sound draconian, is necessary to drive home the point to students, parents, as well as teachers that children spoil their health mainly by eating chocolates. Taking it a step forward, the school management is contacting all the shops in its vicinity and requesting them to stop stocking chocolates! How successful the second measure will be, remains to be seen.
This new regulation has received a mixed response from the school’s stakeholders. The school insists that it has brought in this novel rule only with the children’s health in mind.
