In the ever increasing development in our society and our environment, being stressed is just another peice of cake. Stress is just defined as a state of one being in external pressure be it in any strata of life like friends, studies, families etc. Aggression can be defined as mental or physical harm to an individual.
Nowadays these evils have taken many lives amongst working class as well as students for the pressure of work and studies respectively. As the studies state that around 45% of daily deaths are the cause of stress and mental trauma.
Talking about students, we get ample reasons for stress as they are the only growing section of the society where they are being trapped by the other individual leading the mindset negative and leading them to depression. One such evil practice is known as Peer Pressure.
So in a nutshell, stress do not have direct treatment and the only treatment left is of Yoga which leads us to inner peace, welcoming positive energy in your body and destroying all the negative thoughts of current materialistic world.
