The Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar has declared Bihar as a dry state.
There is total ban on production, sale and consumption of alcohol in the State.
People specially children and women have supported this decision whole heartedly.
He also said that no new license will be issued to hotels, bars and clubs.
The factories can make but cannot trade within the State.
