Stress is a mental and physical reaction to a situation that creates frustration or nervous breakdown.
Stress can be positive but it is mostly negative. On the bright side, positive stress helps you to gain an aim. It gives you enough energy to complete a deadline in a very narrow time limit. However, negative stress is a devil. It makes you sweat for nothing. It is an instant reaction to a problematic situation.
People often find themselves enable to control their mind and body when in stress. You can ruin one's confidence in oneself; destroys the mental ability. Therefore, stress is not good to a healthy life.
