A sound sleep for about 6 - 8 hours is very important. When you are active and awake, your digestive cannot work. So if you don't sleep, your food won't be digested. And your eyes also need rest. Your circulatory and respiratory systems can also work in peace.

sound sleep is very important for all of us minimum 8 hrs of sleep is neccesary
if you wont sleep properly you will we able to concentrate less on your studies and will not be able to score good marks.lack of sound sleep may even cause problems like frustation,depression,anger etc.hence it is necessary to have sound sleep.lack of sleep also causes many health problems
