Earlier, Muslims were ruled by India, later the British rule was established. The British ruled by diplomacy by creating a distinction between Hindus and Muslims. The Indian public got fed up and fought for independence against the British. The British became weak in World War II.

His rule ended and India became free. Even while liberating India, the British divided the country into pieces by diplomacy - one India, second Pakistan, independent princely states of the Third Kingdom Like the other kingdoms of British rule, Maharaj Harisinh of Kashmir also declared himself independent.

When Pakistan invaded Kashmir, Kashmir-Narsa joined the Union of India. In this way, India's moral duty was to protect Kashmir. As a result: there was a war between Pakistan and India. The matter went to the League of Nations Since then the problem of Kashmir remains vivid. Pakistan occupies one-fourth of India's three-quarters of the Kashmir region

The king of Kashmir was Hindu, the majority population was Muslims. Pakistan's borders have led to this being due to Pakistan's fascination. The Kashmiri kings wanted to remain independent, but they were indulged in fear of Pakistan's invasion.

At that time Sheikh Abdullah, the Janata leader of Kashmir, was also in favor of India. When Pakistan lost it, it raised a referendum in Kashmir. Discussion continued for years in the League of Nations The situation changed According to the Indian Constitution, according to the Indian Constitution, by ensuring equal participation in the general elections, it proved that his relationship with India is permanent.

In 1947, Pakistan secretly invaded Kabulis and attacked Kashmir. As per the directions of the League of Nations, both of them held a ceasefire, but the latter discussion was incomplete due to international closure. Russia is in favor of India, then the United States has been supporting Pakistan.

India had raised the issue of resolving the problem by making a treaty on the basis of a cease-fire, but Pakistan is not ready to believe because it has been consistently supported by strategic weapons from the United States. The Prime Minister of India continued to make it clear that Kashmir of India is moving forward through development-like schemes like land reform

Kashmir's part of Pakistan is very backward today. According to the condition of the Ceasefire, the Pakistani army had to be removed before the whole of Kashmir. Pakistan has not done so far. Not only that, he again attacked Kashmir in 1965.

The Indian army responded to it. Later, Russia's mediated 'Tashkent Pact' was formed, according to which Kashmir is under India's control. In fact, there is no problem with Kashmir in terms of India. Kashmir remains an integral part of India. There have been many times democratic elections too.

Pakistan does not want to accept this truth so that the European powers want to help dissolve the peace of India. At the same time, Russia continues to support India with its veto-power.

There have been unexpected improvements in relations between Pakistan and India over the past years. Bus service started between the two countries. After this, when talking about Pakistan's war on Jama'e-Kashmir, Pakistan becomes ready to negotiate with other issues bypassing the Kashmir problem.

It s main dispute beteen India and Pakistan . Kashmir is the main resource of water for Pakistan . Muslims are present in majority in Kashmir .India promised Kashmiri s at the time of partition to give them what they want but never took plebiscite there .. Kashmiri people are in too much pain but no one, not even UN is resolving this matter .And God better knows when Kashmir will become an independent state.
