Modernity is quite important nowadays. Keeping pace with the society isn't as bad as we think. It is important for us till some extent but when it takes up every possible place, it can become hazardous. This is what we see in the homes nowadays. People are completely forgetting our culture on the name of MODERNITY. We chat on whatsapp instead of talking to our elders. We watch videos on YouTube rather than gain experience from other's experiences. You see why we go out to seek knowledge especially YouTube and other informative sites, because we do not know that our elders and grandparents have more experience and more knowledge than YouTube. It is because there is less emotional connect with relatives. I totally agree that MODERNITY is important but at the same time, I also believe that we should never forget our values. I believe that modernity should not take up every space in the home. There shouldn't be any mobiles during the dinner. 'Modernity never did bad to anyone unless and until it was in limits'-Me.
