When the Prime Minister set up the Tiger Task Force in 2005, there were high hopes that sorely needed reforms would finally be initiated in the way our Tiger Reserves and other Protected Areas are managed. Unfortunately however, there has been little action on the ground and, with every passing day, the fate of the tiger has become more precarious. Even so, it is not too late to save this most magnificent of the earth’s predators. What it requires is the discarding of old mindsets, and the ushering in of a new spirit of determination. In what is perhaps our last window of opportunity to save the tiger, all right thinking people must unite, irrespective of their affiliations. If we are to succeed in saving the tiger, it can only happen through a partnership between government agencies that are the custodians of our forests, and dedicated NGOs and individuals who have developed tremendous expertise on various aspects of the big cat. The tiger received a fresh lease of life when Prime Minister Indira Gandhi established Project Tiger over thirty years ago. It is not difficult to secure its future if we act now.

Tigers are endemic species now a day in the world. There are very few numbers of tigers remain to see. This is very sensitive matter. But these are not enough. There are many national parks and sanctuary in India to protect them. Conservation of wildlife is very important for all human being as it will produce imbalance in environment.

Tigers have now become a topic of interest and issue all over the world. The numbers of tigers decreasing day by day not only in India but also in the world. Tigers are our national animal. Recently, there are only 1411 tigers left in India it is said in a report. They always face the cruelty by some people for different purposes like skin for medicine, hunter for pleasure and deforestation is the main cause of this. India Government has made plan for conservation the wild life but this is not enough. There are no so much lands for animals to survive, so that most of animals are in danger. A major parts of Jungle's land is being occupied for industrialisation, agriculture as well as mining. This is fact that tigers are not only in danger but also nature is also in danger. Forest is natural habitats of wild life. So we have to save tigers as well as forests.

We always see around us cruelty and inhumanity by some people for animals.  So we need love for them and some work to preserve them in their natural habitats by all whomever government or people in real manner. There needs to create awareness and raising up some solid steps to prevent tigers as well as wild life. Saving tiger is duty of all human being. Tigers only found in particular parts of India so these regions are must be taken care. We all will have to  come to protect tigers and its species.
