The Happy Women Happy World Foundation initiated by the Sadhvi and Gurudev Shri Nayapadmasagarji — with the support and guidance of the Times Foundation, marking the inauguration of The Times of India’s 175 years  celebrations — seeks to contribute to women-related issues including education, equal opportunity and entrepreneurship.

Smt Indu Jain, Chairman of the Times Group, was among those women achievers who were given awards by the foundation for their sterling contributions in the fields of their expertise. Awardees included chief minister Shiela Dikshit, singer Asha Bhonsle, Supreme Court judges Gyan Sudha Misra and Ranjana Desai, industrialist Savitri Jindal and lawyer Nalini Chidambaram. Kiran Walia, Delhi’s education minister  said, “Education and self-reliance are two important facets of women’s empowerment. For centuries, women were in subjugation. Along with economic independence, we need to empower our inner being gifted by God, and that will happen only with provision of infrastructure, law enforcement and educational institutions and that’s what the government and NGOs should be promoting.”

In our country security of women is a main cause.Day by day people harrassed women and this type of things is so wrong.People in our country was developed but our thinking is not developed .This problem is spread very fast in our country .Our government organization take decision about this issue but decision taking by government is so late but in other country government organization take decision very fast.This is a issue in our country we have to improve .Even in government organization some civil worker also harrased women so we have to improve government organization also.But government take decision like including women officers in higher post to take wright decision what to do and what not do.In our country women god blessed by people but in real life some people do just opposit.Our women making ourself stronger day by day to handle wrong thing and this is very proud for us. Womens are also learn to diffense herself like they learn karata for protect ourself and this is cool for us.we as Indian try to improve ourself also for protecting others. Save women and Save India..
