Hello Mate,

Self-centred is a person who only thinks about himself, his own need and his own interest the current generation is being called as one of the most self-centred, narcissistic, competitive, confident and individualistic in recent history... It's not surprising that this growing emphasis on the self has created disrespect towards others feeling and emotions. But a wise man once said never generalise, because exceptions are always there.

Violent graphic games: Colossol exposure to violent video games and films are a cause of hightened aggressive behaviour, thoughts, and feelings, and a decrease in empathy and prosaically behaviour. This adverse behaviour leads to isolation of the youth, making them feeling they are unwanted and they end up isolating themselves.

Fear of comparison: The generation is full of people who keep on comparing them to the people around them and feeling low afterwards, and self doubting and thinking that the only way to be at par is to better than other kids and becoming self centered and not giving stress about others feelings.

Thinking self-focus is the key: Due to the inflated expectations of success fuelled by "reality shows" creates a social environment that encourages self-focus and works against slowing down and listening to someone who needs a bit of sympathy.

Hope this helps you
