Due to our greediness non- renewable resources energy like petrol, coal, fossil Fuels, etc is slowly getting over. Instead of using non-renewable sources of energy,human brains have found out the way to solve this problem by finding some non-renewable sources of energy. And one of them is solar energy. It is the heat energy given by the Sun collected with the help of solar panels. Nowadays it is the most common source of energy. In house you would have seen your mom cooking the food using solar cooker. If you look at the streets, you might find the street lights which works on solar energy. Here are some advantages and disadvantages of solar energy.

ADVANTAGES :-

1)It is a clean source of energy.

2)It does not cause any harm to the environment.

3)Easily available.

4)It is a renewable source of energy.

DISADVANTAGES :-

1)Maintanence cost is very high.

2)Needs a lot of space.

3)Solar cells or panels are very expensive.

4)Direct radiations of solar energy is harmful for the living beings.
