our India is becoming fat day by day..all the people of India r dying bcoz of obesity,diabetesetc.So,we must start stressing on our health.. we should exercise 2 times a day..one,in morning at 6 or 7 am and at evening at 5 or 6 PM.. this can prevent us from getting diseases....
