Demonetisation is one the greatest revolutions in our present Indian economic environment.

Demonetisation was announced on 8th November,2016 ,by our current prime minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Due to this demonetisation, the old Indian ₹500 and ₹1000 currencies were legally banned.

In exchange of old currencies ,new notes of ₹500 and ₹2000 came in and our economy. These new currency notes are much more smaller than the previous ones.
